I am a sg citizen, wife is PR who has property under her own name, can we still buy a resale hdb?
Does she have to sell her overseas property?

Morning,

I agree with Keith. Both of you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit, under Open Scheme. Upon key collection, your wife will have to remove her name from the overseas property.
