I am a second-timer and my wife is a first-timer, we have a pre-school singapore citizen child. Understand that we are considered first-timer family (since 1 of us is first-timer). We are interested to apply for a 4 or 5 room BTO.
Can we know if we qualify for PPS (Parenthood Priority Scheme). PPS has this eligibility which sounds confusing to us: "You and your spouse must be first-timer buyers."
