I am a SC married to a foreigner and we live overseas. We jointly own a condo in Singapore. Can we buy a resale HDB flat? What are the current restrictions? Thanks.

Hi, yes both of you can purchase a resale HDB unit. And once you have bought a HDB, you have a timeline of 6 months to sell away the condo.

Once you buy a HDB unit, you condo need to be sold within 6 month. So before you make any decision. Feel free to call me and I will provide my valuable advise for you FOC.
