i am a SC, and my wife is a PR. are we elligible to rent out our whole HDB flat? we have meet the MOP. Also Are we allowed to buy another pvt property? if yes, our ABSD is 7% (SC) or 10% (PR) for our second property?

Hi Mr Tan,

You are eligible to rent out your flat if you have met the MOP. You can submit your application for subletting online or at the branch office.

You can buy a 2nd property but ABSD of 10%applies as your wife is a SPR.

Hi Mr Tan,
You are eligible to rent out the whole unit since you have met the MOP. The ABSD for private property is 10% if it is under you and your wife name, 7 % ABSD if it is under your name only.
