Hi,

1) You may consider buying resale EC under your situation.
2) To buy a new launch EC, you are subject to HDB eligibility criteria.
3) Under Public Scheme, 1 applicant must be an SC, the other applicant must be an SC or SPR at least 21 yrs old. Thus you are not eligible under such restricted conditions.
