I am a recently divorced single mother, with a young son. I understand that I cannot buy a new flat from HDB within the 5 years period.
I need some alternatives,as buying a resale flat is not what i wanted.
I am more comfortable with a brand new place.
I am a working professional in my late 30s and my annual income is more than 50K.
If I am looking at a private property, will I be able to afford it?
