Hi Teong,

When you say 60k cpf is your ordinary account(OA) OR combine of Ordinary account and special account?

Assuming 60k cpf in your OA, then it is easy to work out the cash you need to prepare.

Estimate Total cash = (5% of HDB valuation) + (cash over valuation) + (Agent Fee) + (Misc Fee around $300)
