I am a PR , bought a HDB flat last year. The flat is with in MOP period of 5 years.

Am i eligible to buy a new private property overseas?

Hi,
New rules will apply to those submit resale application on or after 30 Aug 2010. Since you bought previous to these new regulation, you are not used Subsidised loan from Hdb, You are not affected by this rule.
