I am a PR and looking to buy a resale HDB flat for the first time and I was told we should not have any property either local or overseas. I was alloted a potential development residential plot back in my home country by the housing development board which I cannot transfer or sell for 10yrs from date of registration. Can somebody help me on what I should be doing to buy HDB house.
