You may refer to the eligibility scheme for Non-citizen family scheme to determine if you meet all criteria. You may also try to register your intent to buy and they will perform eligibility checks to see if you meet the criteria.

Hi,

1) With your age and residence status. You can buy under Single Citizen Scheme or Non-Citizen Family Scheme.
2) The grants under both schemes are the same. The HDB will not ask which scheme you are applying under.
3) Your monthly income must not exceed $7,000 to be eligible for them.
4) The grants component available are as follow:
(a) Single Grant = $25,000
(b) EHG grant = $2,500 to $40,000 depends on your salary.

(c) As for the proximity grant, you won't be eligible for this because the requirement is your mother must be at least an SPR to qualify for it.
