I am a foreigner working in Singapore. I am looking at booking a condo unit soon and have very little time to look for a housing loan.What kind of a loan is more preferred in terms of stable rates - 1 month Sibor or 3 month Sibor?

Can foreigners easily avail of 80% loan amount, given monthly income is around 8.5-9k?
