I am a flight attendant earning around 4-5k per month. However, I have only worked for 2 and a half months as of now and this is my first job. Am i allowed to apply for bank loan to service a exec condo or private condo? or do i have to work for at least 12 months first. As my job is not a fixed pay. It consists of basic, flying allowance, and other allowances, averagely abt 4.5k a month.
