I am afraid we are unable to assist much in the question that you are asking given that we do not deal with BTOs or SBFs where the HDB are purchased directly from HDB. The questions you have perhaps can be directed to HDB directly to get the answers.

2) I'm using the information posted on the HDB web to answer:
3) If the demand for the project exceeds the supply. Those who did not succeed in getting the project will have to submit their application again for the next available one.
4) Everyone will receive a queue number as long as you had applied. This is done so for those who are in the later queue might have a chance to select when the earlier queue applicant wished to withdraw their application or is willing to forgo the available unit.
5) You will not be pushed to other projects that you did not apply for. Each application is only valid for one project.
