I am a first time buyer looking to purchase a new EC. Me and my wife-to-be have around 85k in combined cpf. and our monthly income is below 10k/mth. Can we really afford the EC of around 700k?

Hi,
1 criteria is combine income must not be more than $12 monthly
1st 5% must be in cash. eg if the cost of a 2room EC is around $700 , then 5% will be $35K

You might like a seaside project like pasir ris ripple bay. Very limited and exclusive and quiet and rare project. Also, condo is very reasonably pricing and don't have to wait are 8years before one can sell their ec.. Full condo facilities for this one
