I am a divorcee with joint custody of my 6 year old son. I have sold my matrimonial home in 2012. Can I buy a resale flat? What are the procedures and eligibility criteria and my financianal standing that I need to know?

Good morning, You are allowed to purchase resale flat under public scheme. Maybe you can start to apply for home loan eligibility if you wish to take HDB loan or in principle approval if you wish to take bank loan so you can gauge whats your budget.
