1) If you are an SC/SPR, and your brother is an SC/SPR. You can buy under the Public Scheme.
2) Initial stage will be registering intent to buy, applying for a loan, sourcing the flat, and offering for an OTP can be done solely by yourself.
3) If you are eligible to buy with your brother it is fine during the initial stage until the exercising of OTP.
4) The OTP must be courier to him to sign. He will have to be back on the completion day to sign the S&P unless you are engaging a private lawyer.
