Good afternoon,

To my understanding, once both of you get married, you are required to add your spouse's name into your HDB flat. And if your HDB flat has yet to fulfil MOP, you will not be able to keep both the HDB and private properties and will have to sell one of them.

It will be good to check with HDB branch on this matter as they have the final discretion on the treatment of the HDB property given the MOP period is yet to be fulfilled.

You will be required to sell 1 of the property and it will be good to check directly with HDB on which unit is required to be sold.
