I am a divorcee and am looking to buy a HDB. My ex and I bought a resale Hdb and sold it off. Am I eligible to buy a new or bto HDB under singles scheme? Or can I buy a new or bTo with my mum who is also a divorcee and has bought and sold off 2 new HDB bought directly from HDB. Thanks

Hi,

1) You have to check whether you are eligible under the single scheme:
https://www.hdb.gov.sg/cs/infoweb/residential/buying-a-flat/new/eligibility/2-room-flexi-flat
2) Simply, >= 35 yrs old, SC.
3) As long as you satisfy (2), you properly eligible, as long as your income did not exceed $7,000/mth.
4) You may appeal to HDB to a joint applicant with your mum so that you are not restricted to only a 2-rm flat.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
