Thanks. We haven't met the MOP yet, I only got it last May. As long as we don't rent it out, there is no need for me to live there, am I right? If I DO want to rent it out, must both my husband and I live there?

Morning,

As the unit have being registered under both names, either of you who are staying in the unit will be sufficient to clock the MOP requirement. If you have fulfilled MOP, you can request for approval to rent out your unit.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
