I am a buyer. Can an OTP be issued to me before 30 mths of disposal of pte property while the exercise of the OTP is after the 30 mths?

After 30mths, can I apply for hdb grants as a 1st timer, above 35 yrs old, with or without my children as applicants? Is there any restriction? Thanks.

I assume you are referring to a HDB. You are not allowed to do that for HDB purchase as HDB regulations requires standard OTP format for HDB to be used which indicates 21 days option period.
