I am a 35 year old single. OA about $92k, monthly pay of $3200. Can I afford a four room flat? What kind of grant can I apply for? If i were to bring my parents along who have applied for HDB loan twice, does that mean I cant get a HDB loan?

Evening,

You need to be SC to be eligible for single scheme. You will also be eligible for HDB loan. Housing grant of $15k will be available to you too. If your parents are staying with you, you will be eligible for another $10k. As for how much loan you can get, that would depend on your credit status.
