I am a 3 rm flat (joint) owner with my dad, (we each have an equal share).
I wanted to sell my share to my sibling who is a private pty owner and he is residing in his own private pty. HDB's requirement is that once the sale is completed, he & his spouse must live in the flat (with my dad), which is impossible.

Do you know that is there any other scheme which allow the son to be a joint-owner (threat as a gift to the father and) need not to live in the hdb flat that he bought over from me (half share for example).
