I am a 28-year old Singaporean female married to a non-SPR foreigner. Can I apply for a new flat together with my mother and unmarried elder brother who are both Singaporeans? My mother on the other hand, currently owns an executive flat bought directly from HDB about 12 years ago. This is the second flat that she bought straight from them. Am I still eligible to purchase a new flat in this case?
