Hi,

1) You shall be eligible under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme after married.
2) You may refer to this to see what the HDB promised (Single grant + EHG):

3) On top of the above, you also will be eligible for a $10k proximity grant (PHG) for staying within 4km of your parents' place.

4) You should review your future plan whether you intend to apply for BTO. Because you will be subject to a resale levy if you collect your grant now.

5) Ensure it is worth the effort of applying for the grant and you really need it now to ease your purchase burden.

6) Finally, all grants provided are able to use for your down payment.

You are eligible for a Singles Grant of up to $25,000 and EHG of up to $40,000. The actual amount of grants will depend on your monthly household income.

You are also eligible for a Proximity Housing Grant of $10,000 if you purchase a resale flat that is within 4km to your parents place of residence.
