1) 1 family can only own 1 flat.
2) Once you are married, you are considered as 1 family.
3) Therefore you have to sell your current flat once you buy another 3-rm resale flat with your boyfriend.
4) You might want to consider a lease buy-back scheme if eligible. You will be given a sum based on the number of leases available for your flat.
