i am 50 years old married and own a 2 sty shophouse for 6 years and is fully paid.can i and my wife buy a hdb resale flat and use up all the cpf money in our ordinary account,considering my age, can i still get a bank loan? tks

Evening Kelly,

Is your shophouse classified as commercial or residential property? If it's under commercial, which should mostly be the case, you can purchase resale HDB unit and utilize your CPF for the purchase.
The only concern is how much the bank will loan you and how much you have at hand.
