I assume that you are a Singapore Citizen who intends to purchase a resale HDB under Single Singaporean Citizen Scheme.

I will recommend you to send in a HLE (home loan eligibility) application to find out how much loan can you obtain based on your age, income etc.

Normally max loan tenure is 30 years or up to retirement age of 65 years old.
