I am 38yrs old SC. My Husband owns (single owner) condo where we stay. Being singapore citizen 38yrs of age, Am I eligile to buy resale HDB as a single owner ?

Hi Rajni,

Sorry, you can't.
Only single SC above 35 year old are eligible to buy resale HDB flat under single scheme.

Morning Rajni,

Being married, HDB perceive you and your spouse as one entity. Only single or divorced SC are allowed to purchase resale HDB unit under single scheme.
