1) As long as one of your deceased parents was an SC or SPR, you will be eligible to apply for a BTO now under Orphan Scheme.
2) This is applicable even though you are under 35 years old.
3) You may apply for any type of HDB flat as long as it is within your budget, there is no restriction on area and sizes for you.

4) Suggest you apply for an HLE to give you an easier start on owning a place your own.
