I am 26 years old and single. However, I purchased a resale flat with my mother 1 year plus ago and have been financing the flat with bank mortgage loan. Now that I am planning for marriage within 2 years time, my fiance and myself are keen for the July BTO sales launch. May I know if I am eligible to apply for the BTO? My mother and I are good to sell off the current flat after 5 yrs MOP and it will be about the same time when the BTO completed its building too.
