I am 23yo self-employed, run a 2-year business (entity LLP). I have sufficient cash and would like to get a mortgage loan from the bank to buy a property for myself but I do not have NOA as my income last year was very low. My income this year, however, is high (above $5k/month)

Will I be able to obtain approval for mortgage loan by paying myself salary (and contributing into CPF)?

If yes, what would be the documents required?
Appreciate if any mortgage specialists could get in touch with me. For privacy reason I cannot list my number here but I will be monitoring all replies to this question.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

Please feel free to contact me so that I can get my bankers to contact you and assess the amount of loan you will be eligible for.

Once that is done, you can proceed to shortlist the properties within your budget!

Typically most banks will be using the NOA return to assess for self employed people. However, there will be deviations should you have standard contribution made to CPF , payslip to show ( best if the monthly amount is fixed ) as well as bank statements to support your monthly income.
