I am 20 this year. I have just graduated and have started working full-time since 3 months ago. My boyfriend is 23 and is still a student. Does that makes us eligible for the bto income deferment assessment?

Hi,

1) Yes, under your current situation, you are eligible to apply for BTO income Deferment Assessment;
https://www.hdb.gov.sg/cs/infoweb/residential/buying-a-flat/new/finance/deferred-income-assessment

2) However, there are 2 more things you need to be aware of: loan and grant eligibility.

3) You met the criteria of applying HDB loan, which is to work for at least 3 months, but if you wish to include an allowance to increase your loan amount, you will need 6 months' payslips.
Detail can be found:

4) If you need the grant to assist in your purchase, you will have to meet the requirement of working 12 months before application and still be working at the time submitting an application.
