i already sell my 5room flat and wanted to buy a a resale flat.My problem is my application to loan from bank is rejected as i had bad debt of 7k that will settle after my selling proceeding and i can't get hdb loan as i already max 2 times.i need advise from any agent how to get the bank loan so i can buy a resale flat.
