Hve buy 2times from HDB from prev marriage. M divorced n have remarried n my 5rm flay currently in process of sellingn wld like to buy 4rm with my current husband. His basic salary $2100.may i know how much CPF grant, additional garnt etc will we get?I have not taken any grant by buying near my parent hse n if i do so now - how much grant will i get? My husband first time buying flat with me in open market.because of me he's affected n eligiable to get bank loan only.We don hve saving at all n total CPF we hve $120,000. Court order given - i get $35,000 from my ex-spouse. I'm sad that how m i going to buy 4rm cos no 1 are selling with zero cash and COV are high. I still have to pay 5% to the bank and agent but need a little cash to buy furniture etc.so how many i going to pay COV?
