Hi Sir/Mdm,

She will not be able to do so. If she would like to purchase a HDB flat, her husband will have to dispose of the current HDB within 6 months of the resale flat purchase.

Please feel free to get in touch with me directly for more prompt responses should you require further clarification and assistance. Have an awesome day ahead!

Hi

Unfortunately that is not possible as HDB would require 1 of the houses to be sold should each couple own 1 HDB unit each. I do provide free and non obligatory consultation in regards to property transaction in Singapore. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussion on this.
