There are 3 privatised HUDCs around this area, namely Shunfu Ville, Braddell View and Lakeview.

For Property Investment, Location is the name of the game, it is also Developers' first consideration.

Shunfu Ville is very near to Marymount MRT Station. Bus services can be taken from both Marymount Road or Upper Thomson Road. Shunfu Market and Food Centre is just across the Shunfu Road. Shopping Centres like Thomson Plaza and Junction 8 are also around the corner. As compared to the other two ex-HUDCs, it is the most convenient and best located. So I firmly believe Shunfu Ville has the highest chance to get Enbloc at a higher price.

But in terms of selling price, Shunfu Ville is historically the lowest among these HUDCs. But this will change once it is privatised.
