Morning Lyn,

For the current unit, did you contribute to the monthly installment using CPF? If so, in order to remove your name from the unit, your parents will be required to repay you the component which you have paid, including interest.

After which, you can purchase resale HDB unit with your hubby, under non-citizen spiuse scheme.
