Afternoon Yap,

Try to check it on MyHDB Home page. Key in your singpass and you should be able to see the details. Otherwise you can ask the owner of the unit to do the same and check the status under "My Flat".

Whether you are classified as essential occupier or single below the age of 35, you are not eligible to purchase another HDB unit under your own name.
