how will HDB resale flat buyers affected by the new measures?

Hi Anxious,
To be honest, I do not foresee a big impact in prices for HDB due to this implementation of new measures. Rather, I'd like to think that prices may even escalate now that most HDB owners maybe likely to hold on to their properties and resulting in lesser supply. When demand remains and supply drops, what are the indications for prices? Just my own opinion and of course there maybe many arguments to what I feel.
