Dear Sir/Mdm,

There are 2 important issues to consider when upgrading from a HDB to a Condo, one is the timeline and the other is the finances ie your cashflow. It is recommended to come up with a upgrading plan before proceeding so that you can minimise your cash outlay, avoid the need to pay ABSD and more importantly time the sale and purchase concurrently so that you do not need to an interim housing solution.
