You will only be able to update your address once you have taken over the keys to move in, simply visit the police post to do so with the relevant documents.

Geryl LimRepliedMy apologies, you can visit https://www.ica.gov.sg/documents/ic/update_residential_address to find out the process. Basically it is done online now.
