First you must decide on the price of your property. Then, you can post your property on the newspaper or other social media outlets. The more exposure your property gets, the better the respond, right? Then, we hope that potential buyers will see your posting. Hopefully, there will be an offer and after days of negotiations, hopefully both parties agree on a price. Then, there are paperworks that can be obtained from HDB. Do be informed that there are deadlines to be met. Any delay will caused the contract to fall apart. Not forgetting that you too will need to find a future place to stay, in between prospecting, marketing and arranging open houses. The timeline is very important for selling and also buying. If any part of the transactions fails, you will find yourself without a home.
