Hi, yes it is possible to do it concurrently as long as you plan the timeline for the sale and purchase properly. You can also request to rent the unit you own after sale for a few months to ensure you have a place to stay in while transiting to the next property. Hi Harry,

I believe you are referring to getting resale completed private property? Yes it is possible to do so, we need to secure a buyer and exercised OTP for the hdb, before we do any OTP for the next private property purchase. We can request up to 3 months extension from the hdb buyer so to allow some time for renovation. The sale cash proceeds can be used for the price of next property, but we have to time the completion of the sale to be before the purchase. I have helped several hdb owners to upgrade smoothly to their private property and would be happy to customize a financial plan and timeline for your needs.
