How to protect executive condo from any damages in free extension as my seller denied to sign letter of indemnity.

As a buyer can I reject the free extinction even after agreeing in OTP. What are the consequences.

No use from my lawyer.
I feel it's unfair for buyer to have no protection for property after paying a million plus dollar.

Can you please suggest how to have fair dealing and protection from the damages

once agreement is signed and exercised, there is no way to change the content of the agreement unless seller is agreeable. as mentioned in my earlier post, I have just handed over a freehold landed property to the buyer after 6 months extension stay, also without any indemnity letter. there is no way to alter anything now that situation is fixed, unless the vendor is agreeable to the changes. any requirement for indemnity should be done prior to entering into the OTP.
