Good afternoon rebecca,

sales proceeds will be usually in the form of a cashier order to all owners thus you have to deposit into a joint account.

Perhaps you can speak to your lawyer whether can they divide into your apportionment method.

Typically sales proceeds are issued in the form of a cashier order in your joint names, which has to be deposited in a joint name account. You may want to consult the law firm on whether it is feasible to have a deviation from that.

Typically for joint tenancy, a cashier order will be issued on both parties name and a joint bank account with all the joint owner =s name is needed.
