engage an agent that are are comfortable on an 'exclusive'. it will be beneficial to you. prices and viewing arrangements are more organised.
the agent will also be very motivated and focussed on your unit. perhaps, you can achieved a premium and better than market price.

Hi HH,

It doesn't matter how many agents you engage. The most important thing is you engage agents whom is trustworthy. Marketing platforms for house selling are the same therefore exposure wise, it doesn't matter. The ultimate decision to sell or not is yours and no agents can insist on you selling if the price is not right. The only thing here will be if you engage more agents, you have more people to deal with, which may get confusing and troublesome.
