How to do this calculation?

Calculate cash top up for first timer family-

Fiancee- 33yrs old PR (PR for 1.5yrs)
CPF- 2000

Fiance- 33yrs old SC
CPF- 30,000

Resale flat- remaining lease 58yrs

Purchase price 462,888
HDB loan- 248,300


May I know how much cash top up needed after all the prorated cpf grant, prorated loan, prorated cpf OA?

    Hi, as the income was not disclosed, the pro-rated EHG amount is at 95% which Is $23,750 based on the website on HDB.

    You can go to this website and input your details and they can break it down for you very carefully

    $120k (as per online search)- SC+SPR

    But HFE showed $125k.

    And we have $20k too for proximity.


    How to calculate pro rated grant?

    And we have $20k proximity grant too.

    But hfe state: $125k for cpf housing grant and ehg.
    And also $20k proximity.

    So how to calculate the pro rated grant?
