How to check hdb valuation?

Hi, currently under the new transaction. Only the buyer is able to do the HDB valuation after attaining the HDB option to purchase issued by seller. Hi Shuiyu,
There is no way to know for sure whats the valuation until the price is agreed upon between the buyer and seller and after the Option to Purchase is issued.
For me, I will help my clients to estimate an indicative valuation based on the recent transacted price and taking into consideration the attributes of their units such as the condition and facing etc.

In fact for most of the cases, HDB only states whether the purchase price is able to match it's valuation for the purpose of CPF usage and does not inform the exact valuation even to the buyer.
