How to buy a larger size HDB Jumbo flat, where can you find them?

Hi,
1) The jumbo flats will be classified as EA/EM in the PropertyGuru portal.
2) Those flat sizes larger than 1,754 sqf are jumbo flat. Because the largest size of an EM flat size is 1754sqf.
3) Majority of the jumbo flats are found in Woodlands, followed by Yishun which were built by the HDB. The others are scattered in other estates where usually 2x 3-rm flats are combined to form a jumbo flat.
4) Those 2x 3-rm flat largest sizes are around 1,615 sqf and smaller ones around 1,463 sqf. Thus you have to look for such sizes to find the jumbo flats.
5) There are also MG (Multi-Generation) flats in the market which are built like a dual key unit in the market. These flats are also quite huge ranging from 1,400 sqft to 1,786 sqft. So do not mix them up with the Jumbo flats.
