How to apply bank loan if I’m a bankruptcy discharged person since Feb21. I heard need to wait 2yrs then apply housing loan with bank. We are Singapore PR more than 3yrs(me 43yrs old and my daughter 19yrs old). Monthly salary $5200 CPF OA account ard $95k+-.. my SG citizenship application still pending(applied on Feb21). Anyone can help for bank loan? Thank you!

Hi Ms Y T,

I don’t think you are able to obtain any loan from the bank at this point of time. You may like to try Singapura Finance as well as Hong Leong Finance.
